Finnick is a hunger games winner. He was in the second and the last book "Catching Fire" and "Mockingjay". Every girl was in love with him because he was so handsome. He helped Katniss and Peeta get through the Quarter Quell. In the third book he reentered the hunger games because the capital made all the previous winners go back into the arena. Now they only have on winner for each district even though each district each year puts TWO people into the Quarter Quell. In the third book he gets eaten by strange capital made animals.
