Can anyone tell me who makes (or made) these stuffies?

Or where to find them? My girlfriend came across this guy on tumblr and fell in love with it. She asked the person who posted it, but they said they'd bought it at a garage sale and didn't know the brand or anything. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!
