Where are people getting this info about a new character coming up in the series?

I read a comment and it was about a new character for MoA being released in september which then I got confused cuz I could not figure out where that person got the info from. Then I a few more references to it and now its killing me.

Even I found it. It seems like it is genuine cause Rick did say that he will release the second preview in September
