Do you think Katniss and Peeta are Star Crossed Lovers?

ONLY in the first book. I don't need a definition for star crossed lovers, I just need your opinion because I'm stuck between thinking that Katniss pretended the whole time to love Peeta and thinking that she actually has some feelings for him

I don't think she loved him in the first book, but she did later.

I also think they do qualify as star-crossed: they definitely have enough obstacles in their way.
