The Hunger Games Question

Why doesn't Peeta live with his family in Catching Fire?

I didn't notice the first time, but I'm re-reading the book and his family still lives in the town square. Why didn't they move in like Katniss' family did?

I thought they did move in with him. They don't mention about them that much though.

No they mention it a couple times. He says he has to go eat dinner with his family, later he says he has to leave because he doesn't want to leave his house unattended during the storm.

Maybe because when your a victor the house/money/endless supply of food is a package deal..so why wouldn't Peeta take it? Plus he'd be closer to Katniss in his victor house. And who knows, maybe its required to live in the Victor Village if your a victor.
