What they look like:
I don't remember what they looked like, but all I know is that in District 12, the Seam people have Grey eyes and BLACK hair (in the Hunger games, Katniss says she has black hair like Gale, but people get it wrong because in CF she said she has dark hair, it's black.)
And the merchants have blonde hair and blue eyes, like Madge, Peeta, Peeta and Madge's family, Mrs. Everdeen who passed it on to Prim after marrying someone from the Seam. And I think in District 11, people have dark skin, brown eyes, and brown/black hair, like Rue and Thresh and their families.
