Finnick would probably make the list, too. And Annie. Not to mention Thresh and Foxface.... oh there I go again. Choosing is impossible.

Some reasons:
1. Katniss - I like STRONG female characters, and that's Katniss all the way through. She has the spirit of a rebel, and she knows how to stand up for herself.

2. Prim - well, how can anyone NOT love Prim? You'll probably be surprised to know I like her more than Rue - mainly because she makes more of an appearance throughout the series, whereas Rue dies in the first book :(

I would have to say Gale XD because his character is sort of a mystery in a way where it's hard to figure out where he stands in the book. I think it is very heartbreaking that he has to watch Katniss and Peeta on television together. And to everyone who says he bombed SPOILER (Prim) I do believe it was the bombs he made, but I don't think he dropped them. Coin did. And he was never trying to take Katniss away from Peeta does anyone remember who volunteered to get Peeta out of the capitol..that's right Gale. He also know's that there is no way he will ever be as good as Peeta so he doesn't try to get in the way of them. All he wants is Katniss happy. He is a nice person really XD
