Did they change the boy with the bread scene?

Did those Hollywood sellouts have the nerve to change one of the most vital scenes in the entire series?! I saw the image of Josh and is looks disturbingly close to the boy with the bread scene. Why aren't they young for that scene? Or do you guys think it's something else? I really really REALLY hope it's not that scene.
