Ok I have a few questions. Does either Peeta or Katniss die in the book? What happens too the everdeen family while Katniss is fighting in the hunger games? What are the other two books about?

no nethier peeta or katniss die the everdeen family stay in district 12 until the capitol blows up the district then gale takes them to the woods where district 13 takes them back to their district where theyll wait until katniss is transported there from the quarter quell. petta on the other hand was stolen by the capitol and was tortured so he would hate katniss but they find a cure and they live happily ever after and katniss destroys the government sorry if i spoiled it and read the books youll understand more dont listen to the others theyre all wrong

Peeta and Katniss both win the games because the announcer says two tributes from the same district can win cuz they want to put some romance in the games. Katniss and Peeta win and then they change the rules back to only one victor is allowed. Then Katniss and Peeta are about to kill themselves with nightlock, a posinous berry. Then the game maker, Seneca Crane lets them both win cuz they must have a victor. The Everdeen family is ok. The second book Catching Fire is about when Katniss and Peetas act with the berries got the capital angry cuz there supposed to be in charge so President snow makes victors go in the 75 hunger games instead of kids. Katniss and Peeta go back in the arena but near the end of the games the rebels in a hovercraft come to rescue them but only can rescue katniss. the capital hovercraft takes Peeta :(. Katniss finds out from gale at the end of the book district 12 was destroyed by the capital and 90% of people died. Katniss's family is ok. Katniss's friend madge died. Mockingjay is about when the rebels go to war with the capital and katniss is the face of the rebellion- the mocking jay.

book #2 is about they problem katniss face at home and she later finds out she and peeta have to go back into the arena to face the other victors from different hunger games even if the victor is 90 years old.she then finds out (after surving) that 12 no longer exist.peeta is taken by the capital and 13 does exist

The other two books are basically about what happens after the games, the victory tour and the 75th Hunger Games and then in Mockingjay its all about the revolution against the capitol and how Katniss is the face of that revolution.. I'd actually advise you to read the books before asking anything else, spoilers suck

Neither Peeta or Katniss die in the series. The Everdeen family survives while Katniss is fighting in The Hunger Games. Catching Fire is about the spark of rebellion Katniss and Peeta have made, The Quarter Quell, which is a twist in the games that the Capitol makes every 25 years. Mockinjay is about the rebels and how everyone is rebelling against the Capitol again.

If you did finish it don't read the rest of the answer and if you didn't finish it the let me tell you that neither katniss or peeta die but someone else did that reminded katniss of her little sister prim.

Neither Peeta or Katniss die. They both survive the hunger games and severely piss off president snow and the books don't say much about katniss's family during the games. I don't want to spoil the other 2 books though so if you want to know more you will either have to read the books or wait for the movies. Sorry.

I hope u don't mind spoilers...the other two books are about Katniss and Peeta's second arena and the rebellion...May the odds be ever in your favour...Cinna, Portia, Lady (the goat), Finnick, Peeta's family, loads of people from 12, Bonnie, Twill, Madge, Snow, Seneca Crane and Prim die, Gale and Katniss kiss loads, then they argue coz his bomb killed Prim, Katniss and Peeta have kids

Well Katniss and Peeta both stay alive:) but Prim dies and Finnick dies. Gale goes to work in a different district.

Well first Katniss and Peeta don't die in any of the books, and The Everdeen Family was in a lot of danger, district 12 was being bombed by the Capitols "Bad Side", but the book does tell you a lot about the bombing and how they traveld a lot from District to District. Its very complex, its a great sieres hope you can read it! Thanks!

I think that, you guessed it, should continue reading the books, because the movies leave out some key features e.g peter's fake leg. I don't want to spoil the book for other fans cause their pretty good books.

No spoiler alert they have kids, prim gets accidentally blown up by gale. No more hunger games they have one boy and one girl the truly love eachother and gale dies all in mockingjay

no peeta and katnis dont die they end up having a little girl with blue eyes and dark hair. Well in district 13 theres and underground hospital where the wounded soldiers from the war would go prim started to work there and ended up dieing there.

In the book neither katniss nore peta dies.in the everdeen family prim dies and katniss mom gets a job at a hospital in one of the districits.as for what the other two is about thats for you to find out:)

I know!!! It's my 7th time I read the books so... Well, in the books, katniss and Peeta never die, but I know how katniss die, they are older and she has a sickness, she drinks pills at the side of Peeta and he say, you love me? Real or not real? And she says real and they die. On Mockingjay, district 12 is over, they go to d13 that is under the ground, cause on the dark days they 'disappear' it from the map, so president alma coin is the president of D13, the symbol of the rebellion is the Mockingjay so katniss must be the mockingjatpy, oh and in the part of catching fire, when the peace keepers take cinna, they capture him and torment him, and when katniss scape from the arena, they burn cinna and they shouted him 'look, like your girl on fire' so he died, snow die with his own blood, katniss kills alma coin, she married Peeta and they had 1 girl with brown hair and blue eyes and 1 boy with blond hair and gray eyes, finnick dies :(, mmmmmm, and.. Gale go to d2 and he have a girl named prim howthorne, I think it's all

CATCHING FIRE
Tributes are reaped from the exsisting pool of victors. Katniss and Peeta from 12. Cinna dies because he made a mockingjay dress (sign of REBELLION!) then Katniss is put in an arena that is kind of like a clock with different disasters (can probably find a picture of it) and Beetee, Finnick, Johanna, Katniss, Peeta, and some Careers are left then Katniss connects a wire to an arrow and it makes the arena explode. Katniss, Beetee, Finnick, and a Career are saved by 13 and Katniss finds out that 12 was destroyed, she is the mockingjay, Peeta was taken by the capitol, and 13 still exists.
MOCKINGJAY
Peeta is used against Katniss, Prim has a "blast" (she dies), Finnick dies but is wed to Annie and they have a kid, Peeta eventually remembers Katniss. Then the president of 13 is killed by Katniss because her bombs killed Prim. Snow dies of blood.
In the epiloge Katniss's mom goes somewhere, Gale leaves and Katniss and Peeta have kids and they made a book of everyone who died because of the rebellion. They don't tell their kids about the games.
