There was definitely music, it just had no words. It was a soundtrack. It might've played in the credits, but my friend didn't want to stay for those so we left.
Oh I almost forgot. Deep in the meadow which is Rue's lullaby is in the film and sung by Jennifer Lawrence, so I guess there is music with words.

No, I don't think it was in the movie. If so it was for a short moment. But I kept an eye (I guess ear XD) out for Safe and Sound and never heard it. But the people that stayed for the credits can tell you if it was there.
