What happened to Seneca Crane

He was neither hung nor killed by berries. We never find out how he is killed in the books, but I seriously doubt it was by hanging. Hangings are supposed to be for public viewings (entertainment), and when Katniss tells everyone what she did, Effie starts crying and saying how did you even know about that? Katniss only hung him because it was the materials she had and it would make the best impression. Snow wouldn't make a public spectacle about killing him because Katniss and Peeta were so popular and that would undermine his authority with possible rebellion and outrage from people. As for the berries, I seriously doubt that Crane ate them, especially since it would have to be willingly. That was just Snow's way of saying you're screwed. Seneca Crane was probably quietly taken out in a way that the public wouldn't link it to Snow, but the people inside the Game making circle would feel threatened.

President Snow had Senica hung

In the movie, President Snow locked Seneca in a room with only one thing to eat. The poisonous berries.

I saved him from President Snow before he was harmed at all. He now lives in my closet, where he and his beard are safe and sound. <3 He's still just as hot so it's all good.

In the book he was sent to be hung but in the movie he was locked in a room that had nothing in it except for a bowl of nightlock, poisonous berries. He was killed be cause he had let Peeta and Katniss both get out of the Hunger Games alived which started the rebellion.

After the 74th HG, president Snow had him hung. After that was history.

President Snow had him killed for having Katniss and Peeta both come out victors.

If you have read the books you will know but if you just saw the movie you might be confused...anyways at the end of the movie you see him being locked in a room with nothing except for the night lock berries so he must eat those or starve to death:/

He was killed he either ate the nightlock or died of starvtion.

Crane was sent to be hung in the book. But in the movie he was just locked in a room only with poisonous berries to eat.

He was tortured to death, because he didnt kill either Peeta nor Katniss when they were about to eat the berries

In the book, Seneca Crane was hung because he let Katniss and Peeta both be victors in the 74th hunger games. In the movie though, he was locked in a room with only Nightlock, a poisonous berry that, katniss quotes, "You'll be dead in a minute!"
