When is Catching Fire (Suzanne Collins) available at bookstores in the Philippines?

My family and I just moved to the Philippines, my mom's home country. I know that Catching Fire gets published on September 1, 2009 in the United States, but what about the Philippines? I'm so eager to know. I can't wait to read it.
