The names are never known. Fans can assume whatnever names Katniss and Peeta gave their children, like Prim; Rue; Finnick; or even Cinna. Or maybe they didn't choose any of those names at all. Katniss simply refers to her daughter as "the girl" or "girl", and her son as "the boy" or just "boy".

They only appear in the Mockingjay epilogue, pages 389 and 390. Sometimes Katniss refers to them as "they" or "children" or "my children". I don't know why they're never named.

And if you notice, Finnick and Annie's son's name isn't known, either.
