What do you think of the ending of Mockingjay?

Peeta and Katniss got 2 child, one girl and one boy.

I think the "real or not real" part was cheesy but, even though I hate that peeta and katniss got together, their kids in my mind are soooooooooooooooooo cute!

I loved the ending. Mockingjay was my favorite book in the series, I thought the ending was perfect! Though they should have told u Katniss and Peeta's kids names!!!

Out of all Three I thought mockingjay was the worst. It was almost too depressing, and a hard plot line to follow. The ending was I guess "cute".

The epilogue really was the proverbial nail in the coffin for me. I didn't like the book much on the whole (and no, I wasn't expecting a "happy ending" or anything like that), but the epilogue sealed it. I'm so tired of the "kids make everything better" trope.

hmmmm what do I think of the ending of Mockingjay? I think that it wasn't that good and it seemed that the author was in a a hurry to finish.

The ending bothered me because not only did she get with Peeta & not Gale, Gale leaves to work in district two, I really wish she'd have gotten with Gale but if that is too much at least I would think they should stay friends, after all the years of hunting together and taking care of each other they just stop like communicating? I think he should at least have stayed friends with her if they were best friends before why become strangers??

I'm glad to see that katniss choose peeta at the end. Well to be honest I had doubts till the end about who she really loves. Still it could have more katniss and peeta's new life details.

Loved it ;) ended perfectly. i was a team gale fan when i was reading the books but quickly switched to peeta after the movie. me love some josh hutcherson!!

The book overall was amazing.

I'm GLAD she chose Peeta in the end but to be perfectly honest, it felt kind of rushed. I didn't really like Mockingjay because it felt almost as if Katniss had become a different person. She suddenly becomes merciless, disobedient and even a little hostile. Then at the end she goes back to her old self, which I liked.

The plot-line was a little hard to follow and it kinda felt as if Suzanne was making up stuff on the spot towards the end. Like Prim's death for example; I didn't feel like that had any real build-up, that just felt rushed.

What I would have done is, not make the hunger Games a trilogy. I would have either left it at the first book OR I would have cut Mockingjay in half and bring out he other half as another, shorter book. That way, it wouldn't feel rushed.
