Do You Like Katniss in Mockingjay?

Yeah, I did. I always like Katniss, but in this book, I think she finally realizes what she had with Peeta and appreciates him more.

Mockingjay was my second favorite, close behind The Hunger Games, and in third is Catching Fire; I found a lot of it weird, and plus books with a red cover don't attract me.
The third book in the trilogy was very dark and gritty. Maybe a tad too gritty. In fact, when Boggs got blown legless (new word!), I had to keep rereading it to make sure I completely understood a great character like him actually lost some extremities in an explosion. i found it sad, grisly, and unnecessary.
Now onto the subject of unnecessary deaths. There were PLENTY in the final installment of the Hunger Games series. Let me list a few. Primrose, Finnick, Boggs, Mitchell, Holmes, Leeg 1 and 2, Pollux and Astor I'm pretty sure died. There probably are more, but this will turn into an essay if I'm not careful.
Also, although I was Team Peeta the moment he declared his love for Katniss, the end was miserable. Prim was dead, their mother couldn't come home because it was so emotional, Gale left forever, yaddah yaddah yaddah.
And by the end, if you notice, Katniss turns into a rabid suicidal drug addict.
So, in a nutshell, Mockingjay: very gory, very depressing, but very good.

Yeah i did she did some unessesary things though bet i loved how she realized that she loved Peeta i personally think that she always loved him and she just didnt like that she did overall mockingjay had some unessesary deaths like i didnt get how the whole seris is set because she didnt want prim to die ajd guess what she died anyways thats the only part that confused me
