If you haven't read the final book and don't want it spoilered, why would you ever open a question which mentions the book's name in it? It's bound to be answered with spoilers even if the actual question doesn't contain any.

They could have been living together without being married though. It's unclear.

It is 2 kids, a girl and a younger boy, names unrevealed. But haven't kids doesn't necessarily mean they married.
