"The Hunger Games 3" is Mockingjay. The third and final book in the series.

There is already a "Hunger Games 3" book - Mockingjay - and a third film - Mockingjay Part 1. There will be a fourth film, Mockingjay Part 2, which is based on the second half of the Mockingjay book and which will be out in cinemas next November.
