Can you like both twilight and the hunger games. I've heard people argue about this and want to know what you think.

I love twilight, the hunger games, and harry potter a lot. I read all the books for all of them and saw the movies. You can like whatever you want.

Of course it's possible to like 2 different things..... the idea that being a fan of one thing excludes you from being a fan of something else is ridiculous. Even if the 2 stories being compared are pretty different. People are way more complex than that.

Absolutely. You can like whatever you want, and you can like as many things as you want. Liking different things is good: it gives you a variety of perspectives.

You can like whatever you please. I for one don't like Twilight, but I like The Hunger Games. I don't get why anyone would even compare Twilight to The Hunger Games, they both have nothing in common except for maybe the silly love triangle. Either way, it's your life, if you like both, that like both, no one can tell you that you can't.

I'm sure there are people that like both series,and some that prefer one over the other.I have seen the Hunger Games movies,but I could not get into the books.I started reading the first book,but stopped after chapter 4 or 5,I think.As for Twilight,I prefer Twilight over the Hunger Games,both the books and the movies.It was an easier read (for me anyway) reading the Twilight books than the Hunger Games.I for one definitely prefer Twilight over THG.

Yes you can like both. People have the ability to have multiple and different interests. The problem I have is when others start to say that twilight and the hunger games are very similar; yes they do have the love triangle thing and the sc-fi genre. However, they have drastically different themes and development. Plus, the characters are not very similar and they have two different story lines.

Totally possible. I LOVE Twilight, it was my first fandom (and I'm still in it, maybe six or seven years later), and I LOVE the Hunger Games. 100% totally possible

It is possible to like more than one series of awesome books. Saying this would be like saying you can't like CSI and Law and Order or something equally ludicrous. If your a book enthusiast who enjoys reading great books it shouldn't be considered a crime to like more than one series of equally awesome books.

P.S. Vampires are overrated anyway.

It's up to you. If you like both franchises, fine. If you dislike both franchises, fine. If you like one franchise and dislike the other, fine. No one can force you to make a certain choice. It's all up to you.

Yeah, of course you can! Even though I much prefer The Hunger Games over Twilight (which I'm neutral towards), I don't see anything wrong with liking them both.
